Da aber nicht jeder eine Buttermilchschnitten-Mutti bzw Oma daheim hat, gibts jetzt das Rezept für euch.

Das Foto zeigt übrigens die Buttermilchschnitten zu Nino’s 1. Geburtstag – verziert mit Hirsebällchen und der Kerze!

Zutaten

250g Magarine
1 Packerl Vanillezucker
250g Staubzucker
4 Eier
4 Reihen geschmolzene Kochschokolade
1/2 l Buttermilch
350g griffiges Mehl
1 Backpulver

Für die Glasur:
100g Butter
150g Kochschokolade

säuerliche Marmelade zum Bestreichen -  ideal ist eine fein pürierte Ribislmarmelade

Zubereitung

Margarine, Vanillezucker, Staubzucker und Eier verrühren. Schokolade hinzufügen und anschließend die Buttermilch. Backpulver mit Mehl vermischen und zu der Masse hinzufügen. Den Teig in einer flachen Form bei mittlerer Hitze (ca. 170°C)  30-40 Minuten backen.

Nach dem Erkalten des Teiges diesen mit einer säuerlichen Marmelade bestreichen. Die Butter mit der Schokolade in einem Wasserbad schmelzen und auf die Marmelade streichen.

Jetzt heißts nur mehr warten bis die Schokolade wieder fest ist (im Winter gehts am Balkon ganz schnell), die Buttermilchschnitten in Vierecke  schneiden und  genießen…

    Bei Traumwetter gings heute mit Rose, Michi & Wastl aufs Rossfeld rauf. Dabei hatten wir eine super Durchmischung: 2 Snowboards, 3 Schneeschuhpaare, 1 Zipflbob und eine Skiausrüstung. Nach der netten Abfahrt entdeckte Rose eine super Zipflbobsprungschanze und schon gings los: 4 große kleine Kindern schaufeln eine Schanze und probieren darauf zu springen ….
