Okay, the first step is done. After talking to various people on the cybercuds, vlug and devi lists as well as some people at jbossworld 2005 I decided to go ahead and start a Vancouver Island Java User Group. So the list is set up now. Check out the list page and subscribe!
A next step will be an announcement/press release to get the word out. I will contact various networking groups and also companies. We will see where this goes. I am excited!!!
